Green is set to be ‘the’ colour of 2017 – according to Pantone, the US corporation that is the ‘global authority’ on such matters. And ‘zesty’ green at that! So, will beige and ‘greige’ floors be a thing of the past?! Time will tell but there are some manufacturers ideally placed to capitalise on this ‘trend’.
Sticking with the ‘natural’ theme, Brintons believe that pared-back designs with all manner of natural influences such as wood grains, florals, and natural colour shades are set to be prevalent this year. They are particularly keen on their Timorous Beasties collection that challenges traditional conventions by using heavily illustrative insects, plants, butterflies and leaves.
Will it be a fresh start for floors in 2017!?
